Dear Sir/miss,
I send a parcel to China but it's now Xiamen City, import customs retained for inspection since 2021-02-18 11:36. That is 2 weeks. Could you inform me how long it takes to pass customs. It's a return package send from China to me and now returned.
I want to know when it will be send to the people who send it to me as a return package.

It should be waiting for the seller to declare to the customs now. You'd better contact the seller to ask if he has received the notice from the customs. If no, let him call China customs service number 12360 to check.
