sent it from thailand by EMS but it has stuck in shenzhen customs for 30 days

please help,the tracking number is EE188583315TH
I sent the package by EMS from thailand to shenzhen.
it has been stuck in shezhen customs from May 8th till now.
I have no idea why customs has been holding my package till now.

Hi apichart,

It should be waiting for the receiver in China to declare to the customs now. You'd better contact the receiver in China to ask if he has received the notice from the customs. If no, let him check through authorized tax collection system (http://int.ems.com.cn/mailtax) to check or call China customs service number 12360 to check.
