Hello I have several items that have not arrived, some have been stuck since late April?

Hi peter n,

LZ075689986CN,LZ075689822CN,LZ075689751CN,LZ075690065CN,LZ075690128CN,LZ101388964CN and LZ103750173CN are in transit to Canada now. You need to wait for more days to see they arrive.

LZ120494268CN and LZ120513611CN were delivered on June 25 and June 23 seperately.

LB146789579SG: 2020-06-04 15:46 Information Received – Item En Route to Postal Facility
LB149784213SG: no tracking information available for it now.

LZ101388111CN and LZ101387592CN: There is only 'Logistics order created' shown in tracking information for them because the seller just assigned a tracking code to the order but hasn't handed them over to the post office. You need to push the seller to ship the packages immediately.

Hello, I bought several ukuleles one after the other from Amazon from September 23rd, 2023 with the following ChinaPost tracking numbers:
AT044996010CN, AT045266581CN, AT053759623CN, AT052277430CN (two more packages for me are still on the way). I would like to receive all of these packages even though the seller has already issued me a credit against my express request due to alleged shipping problems.
The first four packages are already in Germany, were stated as being delivered, but did not arrive. Later it appears as delivered, but at midnight and to the delivery base, but NOT to my address! I would like to receive these packages myself!
Can you please tell me why I haven't received the packages and where they are currently?
Will DPD deliver in Germany? ... as the seller told me.
Could you please arrange for all the packages to be delivered to me! After delivery, the seller can take back his refund.

I have two packages (AS810668777CN, AQ219712290CN) that say they were delivered both on the the same day. Both package packages have not been delivered. where are you getting this status from, and where were these delivered to. The Seller says to contact my local post office. I did, they have no record. what is going on? I see lots of these types of complaints from CHINA EMS.
