Shein não atualiza status

Fiz uma compra no dia 10/11. E a última atualização foi dia 11/11- em trânsito/ pacote de dongguan processado no hub de operação.
E até hoje dia 18/11 sigo sem atualizações, estou preocupada com meu pacote.. código

Não encontramos nenhuma informação de rastreamento para ele. Você precisa entrar em contato com o vendedor para lhe dar uma solução se você não puder recebê-la a tempo.

on Saturday 11 November 2023 i placed an order on shein and its been 3 days now since i last got a notification about the tracking of my parcel. The last update of the latter was in transit in china 12 November 2023.
