My order was shipped on August 19, 2016 by China Post with a tracking number of RE315432156321511CN. I have not yet received the package. Where is the delay?

Hi Eleonora,

The tracking number you provided is a wrong one. There should be 9 numbers between the letters RE and CN. Please tell me the right one in order to check it for you.

Parcel Not Received: Tracking Number Too Long
I verified on my order confirmation from the seller and it clearly states "RE315432156321511CN". I understand it is too long but I am waiting for an answer from the seller. What can I do next?

China Post tracking No. can not be longer than 13 digits! It must be a wrong number.
