My shipment has been stuck since arriving in the UAE.

Shipment Date: 13-10-2025

Tracking Code: QLD000219730CN

Email associated with the shipment: [email protected]

Please provide me with the new tracking code or update the status, as the shipment has arrived in the UAE but is currently stuck.

It's shipped by Qilida Supply Chain (齐力达供应链). We don't find any tracking information for it. If you couldn't receive it in time, you need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and require the seller to contact the courier to check it for you in time.
