Here is my product code (UQ963293945CN) I lost it 8 months ago without any contact, what is the problem or is there a solution for me? Please help solve it.
It's sent by using China Post Ordinary Small Packet Plus which is a cheap service of China Post. China Post doesn't provide tracking service for it after it arrives in Cambodia. So, you can't get more update after Dec.2, 2020. It usually takes about 60-90 days to be delivered. As it has been over 8 months, it must be lost. You need to contact the seller to give you a solution as soon as possible.
