States arrived in us may 22?

Ordered from One-Sync on may 11th. EMS tracking states arrived at US sorting facility May 22nd. It is June 18th and I don't have the item or further tracking. Nobody emails you back from the company I ordered from and they don't have a number listed. Only one time they emailed stating orders were delayed. They block comments (but can't block reviews) on Facebook. They lied and said items ship 3-5 days from the US which obviously is not the case. How do I figure out where it is if it's even real. Shipped with China EMS. Tracking AS661650584CN

It's not normal that it's still not deliverd after it arrived in the US on May 22. It may be delayed or stuck. You need to open a dispute to get refund if you couldn't get connected with the seller.
