However, the latest update dated 10.01.2026 shows “In-Transit – BG, Unsuccessful Delivery”, with no further details or subsequent progress. Since then, there has been no confirmation of the parcel’s exact location, current status, or next delivery attempt.
Based on these statuses, I am concerned that the parcel may be lost, misrouted, or experiencing a serious delivery issue. I would like to ask the following:

Is it being held, delayed, returned, or investigated at any facility?
