Status has not changed

Hi I have a package that the last update says HKG, Departure [HKG) 2025-08-07 22:12and it has not moved from there so I am not sure if it is stuck there of if it has moved because that was the last update I am wondering if my package will still arrive to me

Hi Javier,

It's not normal that it's stuck there for so long time. In this case, you need to contact the seller to get a solution as soon as possible.

Originally the package was expected to deliver from Nov 2-15. Then, on Nov 15, the status changed to Nov 16-19. I checked the status on Nov 15, 16,17 respectively and it said Nov 18-21. Yesterday (Nov 20), the status suddenly changed to "delivered on Nov 9". I double checked with my building concierge and there is no package. Please advise what is going on. Thanks.
