Hello.
I am a sender from the UK, and I sent my parcel in April. On your tracking website it says that my parcel has been presented to Guangzhou customs on 4th May. When can it be claimed by the receiver? When is the delivery?
The tracking number is UB525280469GB. Please give me some information.

Sorry, we don't find any tracking information for UB525280469GB. If you use Royal Mail to ship it, you need to contact Royal Mail to check it for you.
