Hello, EK907418839GB - doesn't show custom update on China Post. However this parcel shipped by parcelforce, and see the status below. It says parcel is held by customs due to wrong paperwork. There is no way to reach you by phone, and your system doesn't show any update on customs. Parcel force told me that I need to reach you to fix custom paperwork issue. Can you please help!

My parcel was shipped on the 17th of November 2021 from Guangzhou to the US but has not been delivered. The last tracking status was on the 22nd of November with status “Arrived at Destination “.
