Still waiting for my packages

I placed two orders on the 19th of May and am still waiting for them. RG015960579CN (In transit 37 days) & RG016048451CN (Returned to right investment) I have emailed the company and have not received any information as to what to do to can some one please advise me as to what I need to do to get my purchases as I paid my hard earned money for these and am getting know where
