still waiting for my parcel from a month ago

Why is it taking so long to deliver to Australia? I ordered the item on 28th April and it has been a month and the parcel is still hanging somewhere in HongKong. should i believe now it was a fake site and just hanging around till we forget about the parcel we ordered.

In this case, you need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and get a solution as soon as possible. Only the seller could open a case to the courier to investigate where it was delivered and who signed for it. If the seller doesn't reply you, try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back. Or, open a dispute from the platform you buy it to get refund in time.
