Hello, I have a package that has been stuck at “Arrival at destination” for almost 3 weeks now. According to this tracker, it has arrived at the airport. And according to the AliExpress tracker, it already cleared US customs. I haven’t seeing any updates since then…

It's in transit in the US now. There will be update when it moves again. If it's stuck for over another 15 days, you'd better contact the selelr to reflect the problem and get a solution in time.
