Stuck for over 2 months “plane entered port “ status

Hello , My package has been a stuck since March 3 “ plane entered port status” it’s now May 4 and I still don’t have any updates. Does this mean package is lost ? Can someone please help me with this . Package tracking number is LY989461544CN.

Hi Paola,

It should be delayed. If it couldn't be reached in three months, it may be lost. You'd better wait for more days to get update.
