Stuck in "arrival at the destination"

The status of my package RV575298958CN has been "arrival at the destination" since July 23th from China and it hasn't gotten any update after that. According to the post offices of my country they haven't received the package either.
So where is my package?
Has my package really already arrived at my country or not?

Hi Alicia,

It hasn't been arrived in Costa Rica. You need to wait for more days to see update showing it arrives in Costa Rica.

Hi,
I was wondering if someone could help me! My package is stuck on “Arrival at the Destination” and it’s been 9 days. I know it’s not here in the US because USPS is still saying that Origing is preparing shipment. So what destination is it in?

My parcel has been stuck for a week now at arrival at destination. The tracking also states that plane has landed and arrival at destination 20th October. Tracking number: EB753937889CN
