This is ALL my winter clothes for my children. I earn a very small amount as I am a student. Really worried. It said customs cleared and left processing/sorting centre but now it’s said “arrived sorting centre” it’s been stuck in transit for over 7 days now! This has never occurred with any of my orders before. They have all arrived by now when I get my kids clothes for the season. I’m so worried and anxious. Please help me. Thank you.

My packages apparently arrived at the UK sorting centre in October after I ordered them in September (so they were already taking a while to get here, but it's expected/understandable). Why have they still not arrived to me? The tracking shows that they have been stuck in the sorting centre here in the UK since October - that's two months! But I had two packages I ordered afterwards make it through to me. What's going on? Royal Mail hasn't received it but seller says it's in the country.

My package has been stuck in arrives at sorting center for four days and has not moved. it also says they it might be a USPS but when I check the tracking, it’s just that it’s not a valid number. Where is my package at?
