Stuck in Shanghai.

Hey! I understand that due to covid and everything things have been a little complicated. My package has been said to be handed to an airline, but it is still in there since September 20. It is about to be a month and I contacted USPS and they have not received the package in the United States so they believe you guys still have it. I just want to see what has been going on with it since it is an important package that I need in two weeks. My tracking number is LY456800317CN . Again, I understand and I am not blaming you guys. I just want to know what has been going on and if you guys know any change.
