Hi, The parcel has been stuck on airline departure for 5 days. I was told this was supposed to be delivered in 1 week but it has been almost 2 weeks now. Thanks

Hi Vin T,

If you don't pay very expensive shipping fee for it, it couldn't be delivered in a week. You'd better wait for more days to see if there is any update. If it couldn't be deilvered in the seller's promised time, you need to contact the seller to get a solution in time.

This is not the first time I ordered with China Post, it only ever took around 20-25 days for me. But this time it has been stuck at ‘received by airline’ for 18days, so it has been in transit for 23 days. Usually after received by airline it changes status to airline departure after a day and also plane has landed after 3 days. Is this normal it hasn’t updated, or maybe it wont update anymore I will just receive it in a few days/weeks?
