Stuck on “Handed over to forwarding Agent”

I put in my order on March 18th for my item LZ744573341CN and it supposedly shipped the 20th. After that everything seemed to go well but by March 25th my package got stuck at “Handed over to Forwarding Agent for Transit” it’s been 21 days and still no update... what do I do

Hi F N,

It was handed over to the carrier transport on March 26 and usually takes about 30-60 days to have update showing it arrives in Canada after it was handed over to the carrier transport. You'd better wait for more days to get update. If there is no update in two months, you need to contact the seller to get a solution as soon as possible.

Literally in the exact same situation as you. Last update was "handed over to forwarding agent" on march 25th.

e-packet is slow at present. It usually takes about 30-60 days to reach Canada after it was handed over to the carrier transport. There will be update when it arrives. You'd better wait for more days to get update.

according to tracking info my package stuck at Beijing almost a month time. they trying to send it,but it keeps returning for some security reasons. package contains billiard accessories -couple cue tips and cue extension,nothing to be aware. will I ever get my package? why it wont returning then to seller if there's any problem?
