Submit an invoice to China Customs EL021596549RU

Dear Sir/Madam .My shipment, track number EL021596549RU has been at China Customs since May 22, 2022.
Your website says that there is no invoice for my parcel.
I indicated all the information earlier when sending, but I am ready to provide it once more again in the desired version.

You need to let the receiver in China call China customs (12360) to ask what document they need.

Hi, my parcel tracking no. RC781391135SG has been held by customs. My local (Singapore) postal company said that reason is due to missing invoice of the item. They require the recipient to send them the invoice, but the recipient is a large corporation and seems unwilling to help me respond to customs, and instead sent me the e-invoice for me to forward it to China customs.
