Hi Kim Robertson,

It's shipped by Linlong Logisitcs (琳龙物流). Tracking information shows it was delivered on Feb. 9. If you don't receive it, you need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and require the seller to contact the courier to check it for you as soon as possible.

How can you say the order arrived when we haven't received anything and no one has contacted us to pick up the package? The tracking information shows it arrived and we received it, which is a lie. We haven't received anything and haven't received any contact either!
