The package did not arrive to Israel post after 12 days delivered to airline

The package with track number LO117162141CN left China at 4th September and delivered to airline transport and left Shanghai , going to Tel Aviv. I checked with Israel post and they did not received the package. The package is stucked in China. Please help me to found the package.
