Hi Park,

The delivery was failed on Feb. 2 due to the address problem and the recipient couldn't be connected through phone. It's on the way back and has been retained at Guangzhou customs since Feb. 4. You need to contact the recipient and let the recipient contact Guangzhou customs as soon as possible.
