My package hasn’t been sent to the expect address. It’s been sitting in Suzhou International Customs Broker for 6 days. I would like to know when it will be delivered to the expected address.

I sent parcel to receiver and the parcel is still being held by suzhou customs since 3th Dec . It has been 19 days.
Parcel number is ET148907525AU
Also i called suzhou customs many times and they never receive my call.
Also i asked receiver to call suzhou customs and also they did not receive a call.
Please let me know what is going on

I understand a fee needs to be paid. No communication has been made to the receiver. Do you have an address that they may go to pay the fee and pick up the package?
