The parcel that left on 27th hasn't reached me but the one on the 28th has

I had a parcel leave on the 28th of June (LZ174387942CN) via e-packet and it has reached me. However, the e-packet that left on the 27th of June (LZ174413055CN) has not reached me... What is the explanation for this?

Hi Tuffy,

Please wait for more days to get it. LZ174387942CN and LZ174413055CN are packed in different big packages. LZ174413055CN should be delayed due to some other packages. They need to be checked together and wait.
