Hi Aleksandar,

You need to contact the seller to ask for the new tracking number in your country. Then, use the number to check with your local post courier. If the seller doesn't reply you, try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back. Or, open a dispute from the platform you buy it to get refund in time.

I have noticed that some people have a problem with shipments that arrived on 01.12 in Liege. I have a shipment that has been stuck in Liege since 1st December and is not moving. I also have a shipment that arrived in Liege on 02.12 and has already been delivered to the destination coutry. Therefore, the problem is not because of Covid-19.
