This is clearly a scam,they claim my order was delivered but it never came...there are no contact details which is clearly a red flag.They wont respond to my emails. All our hard-earned money for nothing, I hope you are happy.

Hi Agnes,

If the seller doesn't reply you, try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back. Or, open a dispute from the platform you buy it to get refund in time.
