My package was returned for “no claim”. Can I have a reason why please. Trying to deal with wegobuy but not getting any answers. Parcel number CY001343687CN

Hi Jlr200311,

The reason is not clearly shown in tracking information. You need to let the sender call China Post service number 11185 to further check it for you or you can try to contact USPS to check it for you.
