Tracker stuck

Hi, tracker says that my parcel left China on the 29th of March and since then I had no new updates...is this normal? I'm writing from Italy, parcel number is CP421469055CN.

Hi nicolob,

It's normal for it. It usually takes about 30-60 days to have update showing it arrives in Italy after airline start shipping. You'd better wait for more days to get update. If there is no update in two months, you need to contact the seller to get a solution as soon as possible.

The package in the tracker is showing delivered, but the delivery point on the map is south of my residence by a few miles. The tracker does not provide a shipper so I have no one locally that I can contact to review the delivery. The shipping address on the order is correct for my residence. Why doesn't the tracker show the deliver to address? Please review this shipment and provide feedback on what went wrong.
