Hi tracking number RV314964541CN has crossed over a month now India post says bag not yet received, also India post shows bag dispatched on Jan 11 but in status it shows Item dispatched on Jan 11 and airline departure on Jan 18. Different status but package is not found. Can anyone take ownership and let me know if physically packages was sent to India or Not or if this was only the EDI information And bag is still in India?

Hi, its been long time I do not see any update on of my tracking number since it has been updated last. RV314964541CN Last update on 01/18 but since that no movement. India post says item still in china, china post says Item dispatched. Can you post people of both countries coordinate with each other and trace the exact location of my package, my money is stuck and it was ordered from ali express.. hope this time someone helps.
