It left China on JAn. 19 and is in transit to India now. You can not know the exact situation when it's in the middle locations. It usually takes about 30-60 days (after it left China) to reach and there will be further update when it arrives. If you couldn't receive it within the promised time, please contact the seller to reflect the problem and get a solution.

Thank you Daisy but honestly the information you are providing I am already aware and my package is stuck been 30 days now. Also India post web portal says item dispatched on 11 Jan where as on china post states tracking says 19 Jan so which date stands true and is the Item physically sent out or only the EDI information is released? Other later date items have already arrived that where dispatched to India on later dats that this one.
