Tracking number says delivered but I did t receive any package?

I need to find what carrier was used to deliver my package to the address stated it was delivered to. I did not receive my package and the China Post tracking info does not give any information of who was handling package for delivery for me to contact and figure this out! Please help with contact info on carrier company used to deliver package to my address here is tracking number thank you for your help

USPS is in charge of delivering it to you when it's in the US. But you need to contact the seller to ask for the new tracking number in order to let USPS to check it for you.
