Tracking Parcel to Canada

Hello, I've been tracking my parcel that is to go from China to Canada. Ordered May 3, 2021. Been tracking it by 17Track which the company informed me that is what they use, however, ever since May 3 its been traveling around China and hasn't even made it out of your country and says its in "Beijing" ever since May 13. Could you look into this and see what you can from your endive? My tracking number is: LZ846582834CN. I've emailed the company and no emails back, went to go onto their website and states that the "Store Is Closed". I do appreciate you looking into this.

Hi Nicole_3040,
It was handed over to the carrier transport on May 26 and takes about 30-60 days to have update showing it arrives in Canada after that. You'd better wait for more days to get update.

I am trying to track and see when i will get delivery.
one of my major issues is that i get sent to a chat box that wants me to pay money on my credit card to chat with someone that can help me. This is not what I am prepared to do because it is a money grab and i should not have to pay to get info on where my package is.
