I have some packages waiting to leave Beijing and Shanghai to Ireland like LZ003160315CN. Please can you confirm when next flight is due leave for this and others to Ireland?

Hello. My friend sent 2 boxes from Shanghai to Romania but after 3 days the boxes returned from Shanghai Customs to the post. Why didn't they even reach Beijing?After the virus, will the post office send the boxes again ?
The tracking numbers are CP383254975Cn and CP383254511CN

Hi, Is China Post currently sending EMS shipping flights from Xiamen Fujian, China to the United States during Coronavirus? I have a vendor in Xiamen Fujian, that says they cannot send shipping flights from their city to the U.S. at this time because EMS is not sending shipping flights to the US because of Coronavirus. Thanks!
