5e5dd881e4db1a4c20d6dc46 this is the order number I was given, but when I try to find information on the carrier site it says it is an error. Where is my package?

My tracking number is ut755441908cn this is the second time I am contacting you since I am still waiting to get my package. It seems to be stopped at the secondary location right inside the USA can you please help me get my package. Kelly Sterr

To my experience, if it couldn't be delivered within a week after it's there, it will be returned back or still stuck there. It's not the right tracking number. You'd better contact the seller to ask for the right tracking number. You can also let the seller provide the tracking information to you.
