UI569520494CN stuck at Ningbo Swap Bureau

Tried tracking my parcel UI569520494CN here to no avail. 17track say the package is in Ningbo Swap Bureau since 2019-07-08 08:02. That is two weeks with no update. Can you please help?

Hi John,

It's not stuck in Ningbo. It's sent by using China Post Ordinary Small Packet Plus which is a cheap service of China Post. China Post doesn't provide tracking service for it after it moves for some stations in China. So, you can't get more update after July 8. It usually takes about 40-60 days to be delivered. If you couldn't get it in time, contact the sender to give you a solution.

Hello! My parcel (tracking number: LZ035412687CN) has been stucked in Shenzhen Swap Bureau since the 3rd of May. Since then, I haven't got any update. I know there might be some delays due to coronavirus but I'm starting to get concerned now. When may I expect any update or information?
