UK Parcels not delivered

Hi there,
I recently sent two parcels to the UK
Both of which have not been delivered after several weeks

CP349109810CN
Please advise

Hi Ajay,

They have left China and are in transit to UK now. It takes about 30-60 days for them to be delivered. Better wait for more days to get update.

Thanks for your reply however it has been well over the designated time period
My parcels should have been delivered a long time ago

Hi Ajay,

Packages sent to UK are delayed due to the coronavirus. You need to wait for more days than usual to get them.

Dear whom it may concern,

Hi,
I wanna know where my parcels are,
one is CT613455713CN
the other is CT613455761CN.

one is stated 'DELIVERED' which is not true. I haven't recieved any piece of it.
and the other is 'IN TRANSIT'.
both of them were supposed to be arrived last week.

+ SENDER have sent 4 parcels to 2 address each.
I haven't got any, but rest of 2 parcels, sent to different address in Korea, are delivered perfectly.

So I desperately need to know where they are now!

Need help located parcels. Both parcels said delivered to each address however nothing has been delivered. Checked security cameras. Parcel 1 was delivered to a Post Office and they have also said nothing was delivered. We have tried to find a contact number as these were expensive parcels. Thanks
