Unable to track package

I was provided a tracking number of PR048083021YP to be sent via Special Line -YW. Shipment date was 2019-10-17 22:41:47
I am unable to find anywhere, a tracking site that will advise me of the shipping status of this package.
Can you assist please?

Sorry, there is no tracking information for it. You'd better contact the seller to check it for you and let them give you a solution if you couldn't receive it within the promised time.
