unauthorized import

|

Hello, dear Sir/Madam,

My name is Bruno, I have a package with tracking number EV070977504CN, which showed an update indicating unauthorized import, as it said there was insufficient product information, even though we provided all the information. I would like to know how to resolve this? Because it seems to me that the product is being returned to the country of origin.

Says import terminated (4 replies)

I placed an order back in July and I can’t get any help from the seller. My tracking number is LY848065625CN and one website says “US import” while another one says “import terminated”. I just really need some help and answers. I don’t want to file a dispute unless I have to so I could really use some help to understand what’s going on.

Dear Madam or Sir,
due to an import delay in the return of a faulty bicycle lamp
caused by the lack of feedback at the duty from the seller,
the status has been "Import terminated" for two weeks now.

Can you please help and tell me what this means?

Best regards,
