Item #LO961447573CN was despatched on 28th March but has still not arrived, yet items which were sent weeks after have already reached me.
Please can you advise where LO961447573CN is.

I has left China and is in transit to UK now. You can not know the exact situation when it's in the middle locations. It usually takes about 30-60 days to reach and there will be further update when it arrives. If you couldn't receive it before June, contact the seller to give you a solution in time.
