Update on my package, 25 days without update

Hello, could I get an update on my package? Destination is Viña del Mar, Chile and it hasn't updated since 07/29. Tracking ID: RG004727195CN

Hi lantonc,

There will be update when it arrives in Chile. You'd better wait for more days to get update. If it couldn't be delivered in two months, you need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and get a solution from the seller in time.
