60 days no update... 2nd request for information


I asked for help here, online 7/1/2020 5:57:38 PM and I believe got mimicked by an employee of China Post. url is "/qa/nearly-60-days-no-update-where-is-my-package-57219/ " I am disappointed that this is the way customers are being treated.
Could someone provide an update regarding my package LX117870247CN. Nearly 60 days in transit and no update? The final update on the system states May 13th "Beijing Delivered "? the package is to be delivered to U.K so I have no idea what "Beijing Delivered "update means.
I would understand the delay if all my chinese deliveries where not being delivered but this is not the case. Can someone please let me know - what has/had happened to package LX117870247CN?
If the item is lost I prefer to be updated, than mocked by mimicked.

Hi Joey,

It's delayed for a long time in China. To my experience, there should be update showing it arrives in UK recently. If you couldn't get update in this month, you'd better contact the seller to give you a solution.

I will do as you have advised so that theseller can begin the process of refund for me, compensation for them.
