I've been waiting for almost a week now for a parcel and it just says it's in transit and hasn't given me any updates, is there anyway you can help? Starting to think I'm not going to get the package. (LL636425989CN - tracking number I've been given)

Latest tracking information shows:

2019-07-20 16:39 - Guangzhou, Guangzhou Exchange Station returned

This means it was on the way back to the seller. You'd better open a dispute on AliExpress to get refund.

Hi Jake,

It left China on August 2 and on the way to UK now. It usually takes about 10-30 days to have further update showing it arrives in UK.

Hi.
I have a parcel currently in your system and was looking for an update.
I ordered the parcel over 3 weeks ago and was told it would arrive within those 3 weeks.
The current status of my parcel is ‘Shipment leaves processing center ’ this was updated 8 days ago and I’ve had nothing at all since. The seller doesn’t seem to understand what I am asking him and as told me multiple different (clearly made up) locations for where my parcel is.
Could you please inform me of where exactly my parcel is and how long roughly until it arrives at my door.
