USA carrier that was to deliver

My tracking number KHY2280322371YQ. Ordered from Aurorolucky. I placed this order on July 12th. I have been monitoring delivery for days. You say it was delivered 08/11/25 @ 4:20pm. I was watching for it at the window and it NEVER arrived!! What local carrier did it go to in the US, I want to contact them NOW! PLEASE GIVE ME UPDATE.
