Hello, I sent a package through USPS to China back in November of 2021. It has made its way to China, however has been stuck in customs since December 9th, 2021. There has been absolutely no movement and I have no idea how to contact China customs to see what I need to do. My items are not prohibited, so I’m not sure why they are being held. I may need to pay a customs fee but I need help on figuring out how to do so. The tracking number is USPS CJ190449362US.

I had a package delivered via USPS Postal service to Guangdong, China and it has been stuck in customs in GUANGZHOU, CHINA for quite some time. Why is this? Why don't they just deliver the package already? USPS Tracking number is CH104723554US.

I'm very sorry to bother you once again. Can my wife call China Customs directly to ask if the package I sent from New York has arrived? USPS has told me that the package left New York, November 8 2018. It is already one month since I gave the package to USPS. Can you provide the phone number of Chinese Customs so that my wife can call them to ask about the package? I really appreciate it.
