Waiting for a parcel since 3 months

Hello,
I have purchased a product online and it was shipped on September 6th 2019 from China. It was supposed to reach my home in France within 20 days so I waited for it but it have been 3 months and no information about where it is. I contacted the online saler website they told me to track it online, I did so but in your website it shows me
"2019-09-24; 10:27:00 = Arrived at the destination,LuoSi" but it is not the delivery destination. I also contacted the near post office of Paris but they cannot track it as the parcel number is not valid here. One thing I am sure about is that the parcel haven't quit China so the last option that I have is to contact you, the China Post : can you please tell me where my parcel is ? There is two parcel numbers I don't know why:
- A0003619090606H3
- UT223987640CN
