Yes, you should stop waiting this parcel. It's hard for you to receive it. You need to contact the seller to give you a solution (refund you or send it again to you) as soon as possible.

Hello,
I have been waiting on my parcel since August and it still has not cleared customs yet. The shipper/supplier does not respond to my messages so it keeps getting returned from customs.
