Waiting for a parcel to be dispatched to the UK

Hi
We are waiting for our parcel Tracking number: EV752281124CN which appears to have been stuck in China since 23/3/2020 more than the 10 days we were expecting. Is it possible to find out what has happened to it . Thank you

Hi Tinker Tailored,

It was delivered to air transport on March 28 and takes about 7-15 days for it to leave China. You can not know the exact situation when it's in the middle locations. It usually takes about another 15-40 days (after it left China) to reach and there will be further update when it arrives.

Hey, I ordered a package on 20th December (Over 1 month ago) to the UK

When I check the tracking for my parcel (LZ578653088CN) - It keeps being dispatched from the Office of Exchange in Shenyang, and then being returned the following day.

Could you please check what is happening and why the parcel keeps being returned? If things are progressing, I am happy to wait, but if the parcel is stuck I would like to request a refund from the seller.

Tracking number WB171184234GB on 31/10/2022 parcel hasn’t moved says sender dispatched item. Has my parcel left China or is it not been dispatched by sender. Please advise

Parcel stuck in the status of Dispatched from Office of Exchange (1 reply)

Tracking number: CY285259350DE(not arrived), CY285259363DE(arrived).

I sent 2 parcel (same size, same weight) in the same time in 2020-10-06 from Germany to China. One of the parcel arrived on 2020-10-15 but another one still in the status of "Dispatched from Office of Exchange" for a week and no any other updates untill now.

Could anyone bring some info about why there is such a huge difference between the status of two parcel and what does Dispatched from Office of Exchange means, it`s still in Germany or other places? Where is my parcel now?
